Fun, busy small business marketing to customers who are mostly government or corporate organisations. They are market leaders in their field.
This role is to join the small team running the business, to work alongside the product marketing function and to take charge of the communications aspects. This includes all the usual, digital, web and social, plus other forms of media.
You'll probably set up some sort of database to capture and analysis competitor and your activity and to report on it.
You'll tell them what they should do to get their brand and activities better known and run that for them. You'll help with industry events (tradeshows, product launches, events) although there isn't expected to be many of them.
You'll need to be able to travel interstate and around NSW when and if necessary so whilst they'll pay for all the costs of course, it would be easier if you have a drivers licence!
What will you need?
Communications and or marketing quals!
Exposure to and ability to use computer systems and relevant software. Design skills would be a positive but aren't essential!
Some experience - it depends of course what you've been doing, but 3-5 years would probably be the min. If you have much more, that's great! No one wants to 'manage' you so you need to know what you're doing and be confident about doing it! So whether you're early in your career, or at the tail end, this might be the role for you!

It goes without saying you need to be able to communicate well in English.
You need to have the right to work and reside in Australia 'permanently'.
