As we are busy behind the scenes working on evolving our digital environment, we have now opened applications for an ‘eCommerce Coordinator’. This role will be welcomed alongside a big bold new website and will be responsible for a multi-million dollar turnover.

Located at our Retail Support Centre in St. Kilda, the eCommerce Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and join a growing team.

The position requires a strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioural science, budgeting and forecasting to provide the business with a profitable online store strategy. In addition, the eCommerce Coordinator will also manage tools such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, market places and cross boarder initiatives to achieve these online store sales targets.

The role will also be responsible for our USA online store and existing online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Continue to build on the impressive growth of our online revenue and aim to exceed sales targets
  • Increase AOV and retention rates
  • Establish short and long-term eCommerce strategy plans that are aligned with the overall business strategies
  • Continually drive and optimise SEO and SEM
  • Online Product planning and implementation of new categories and promotions in line with marketing calendar.
  • Work with planning to ensure appropriate allocation and management of online stock levels.
  • Merchandising the online store to bets represent product stories and collections
  • Understand and make continual improvements the customer UX via analytics and industry best practice
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
  • Provide the business with analytical insights to enable decisions that support customer experience, problem resolution and best practice
  • Plan and forecast sales budgets and reporting for key stakeholder circulation
  • Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain CRM reporting and key metrics and distribute to key stakeholders

As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrated achievements in eCommerce strategy, increasing sales, customer insights/analytics, and database management
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics essential
  • Expertise in a commercially driven sales environment, within the retail industry
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Highly effective analytical skills; interpreting various forms of data to identify themes, apply insights and recommend solutions
  • Basic HTML experience desired
  • Experience with email automation software desired
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the digital space
  • Deadline and results driven with superb communication skills
  • Degree educated and qualified in an eCommerce capacity
