Job summary

  • Assisting and implementing all marketing strategies for Bendigo Telco’s Business & Enterprise division
  • Supports Business & Enterprise division marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Manager: Product and Marketing, Marketing Manager and key stakeholders to develop and implement the customer experience strategy; communications, customer order journey and ongoing customer experience utilising customer-centric marketing principles.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to target the Mid-Tier Business market and the broader community.
  • Assisting the Manager: Marketing Manager and Human Resources Manager to develop and project manage the company’s internal calendar of events to celebrate and boost staff morale, culture and diversity.
  • Writing, editing and coordinating the distribution of company communications while ensuring all communications and advertising are on brand according to brand guidelines and style guide
  • Preparing press releases, event announcements and company news letters.
  • Working with the Manager: Products & Marketing and Marketing Manager to contribute to defining, communicating our Brand Identity.
  • Design and maintenance of business division social media accounts for all marketing related material while ensuring that the brand has a strong & positive online presence.
  • Keep updated with changes and advances for social media content and advise on new channels and approaches to adapt.
  • Operate as first point of contact for Business & Enterprise division sponsorship activities and opportunities.
  • Analyse digital data, trends and activity; investigate media consumption and consumer behaviour applicable to our business brand and target audience.
  • Assisting the Manager: Products & Marketing and the Marketing manager in terms of logistics and development of media packs to events such as seminars and trade shows.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
  • Assisting in writing and editing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Providing administrative aid for various projects related to marketing, which includes project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos.
  • Assisting in promotional strategies and product marketing development.

  • Execution of social media strategies in line with branding and sales campaign activities.
  • Effective coordination of Business & Enterprise division community and sponsorship activities.

  • Uphold Bendigo Telco brand values in all marketing development and dealing with internal and external parties.

  • Knowledge of relevant computer software packages relating to graphic design (such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop), website content management systems and desktop publishing applications.
  • Skills and experience in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords and Google Analytics*.
  • Skills and experience in Graphic Design and/or UX Design*.
  • Skills and experience in Social Media Marketing or in Digital Media*.

Education and Qualification

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing*.
  • Diploma from an accredited university*.
