Burleigh Baker, a growing and dynamic artisan baker, established in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, since 2014, is seeking a marketing and business development professional to spearhead its expansion and growth.
Based at our production facility in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, you will work closely both with the CEO and the General Manager, to implement strategies that underscore our philosophy and approach to good food and good health.
Expertise and experience in the following areas will be considered an advantage
- Social media, PR, software competencies
- consumer products, especially food based and new product innovation
- product and packaging design
- production quality control
- client services
- retail expansion including farmers markets
- International experience, especially European.
You must be able to demonstrate your self starter qualities but also be able to work harmoniously in a small team.
Due to the nature of our business, all personnel must be available to work early mornings and weekends, on a rotating basis.
