Our client is a leading energy retailer, providing services to both homes and businesses throughout Australia. They have become one of the leading power companies in Australia, and provide customers with an impeccable service. Sustainability is also important to this business and a big part of their culture.
Currently, they require a Product Specialist for a 6 month contract .
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the product campaign portfolio within SAP CRM
- Ensure the integrity of products and campaigns are maintained and continually refine functions and processes to deliver innovative outcomes
- Work in partnership with Sales, Campaign, Delivery and Insights
- Support the delivery of a new proposition to market, above the line campaigning or below the line sales activities
- Maintain a product and campaign rationalisation plan
- Support the recontracting program deployment and exception management
Skills & Experience:
- At least 7 year's experience in a Product role
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or equivalent
- Product Management and/or development experience in the service industry
- Strong SAP skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information
- High attention to detail
