Your new company

They now require a business partner to bridge the finance function with operations.
Your new role
The newly created role will be a vital link between finance and operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in setting business strategy & plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Analysing and improving business processes
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and portal
- Train and assist business managers with reporting tools
- Assess and mitigate business risks
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll already be in a business partnering position or you’ll be a senior management accountant looking to get more involved in a business. You’ll enjoy being out amongst the business talking to key stakeholders and providing sound commercial advice and merging the operations with finance. You’ll have:
- Commercial accounting experience
- CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar qualification
- A knack for communicating across all aspects of the business
- Good understanding of large ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- A passion for business improvement
