The Role
A newly created Management Accountant position has been created to join the finance team of 4. Partnering with all areas of the business and great exposure to the C-suite, you will report directly into the Group Financial Controller and will ensure day to day financial & reporting processes are running smoothly as well as carrying out ad-hoc analysis to help with key strategic business decisions. Another key exciting part of this role is focused around automation & streamlining of processes & systems.

Being a confident communicator you will have the ability to partner across the whole business to understand it's needs and have the ability to implement & improve ways of working to benefit the company.
Some attributes & experience's that will help you be a success in this role are as follows;
- CA, CPA qualified
- BAS experience in the Big 4 or mid-tier
- Management accounting experience
- Experience using Xero (or any cloud based accounting software)
- A passion for evolving technology & innovation
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- You must be an effective communicator who loves to build relationships & take ownership of their work
