This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role within a specialised and dedicated team. This position demands high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
You will be responsible for the weekly, fortnightly and monthly collating and processing of time sheets. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years of accounts experience with knowledge of payroll.
The Role:
* Collating time sheets (Around 500
* Time sheet checking
* Data Entry
* Assisting staff with pay queries
* General administration duties such as changes in bank details
* Filing
* Reporting
* Entering new starters into the system
The idea person:
* Must have high attention to detail
* Some accounts or payroll experience is essential
* MYOb (COMACC) knowledge advantageous
* Must be able to adapt to change
* A good sense of humour is essential
* A can do attitude
* The willingness to help
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
