The Job
Your new job as a Drainage Foreman in the beautiful Bay of Plenty will be both challenging and rewarding. With the workload increasing, you will be responsible for leading a new drainage crew and managing the day to day activities. Along with complying with Fulton Hogan Health and Safety policies, your job will also involve encouraging the development of staff within the crew, as well as engaging with both internal and external clients on a daily basis.
The Candidate
You will have a background and experience in civil drainage/construction and can lead a team to deliver quality workmanship the first time. You will be motivated, productive and share the same respect we do for creating a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Being a Registered Drainlayer is essential
- Full class 2 drivers licence and WTR endorsements
- Self-motivated with the proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Drive to achieve productivity, goals and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Honesty and reliability
