The Company

They have a strong order book with projects ranging from commercial new builds, retail developments, apartment construction and educational projects. 

They offer a highly experienced and impressive project delivery team, so you will be working with some of the best and have a great projects to add to your CV.

The role
The role will be autonomous and you will take ownership of all quantity surveying for this project, this will include overseeing cost control & analysis, procurement, contract administration, progress payments, and variations.

You will play an integral role on the Project Management team building strong relationships with the client, consultants and subbies.
 
The experience 
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5 years main contracting experience, stable work history and related qualifications.

If you have more experience we are open to discussions as the role could be more senior with leadership responsibility. 
 
You will have had ownership for the surveying and cost management on commercial, industrial, apartment or education builds in excess of $10m in value. 
 
International applicants with experience from a similar construction market to New Zealand, and who are able to start within 8 to 10 weeks are encourage to apply.
