Our client is a leading construction contractor with a strong history in NZ. They pride themselves on their award winning commercial project work, inclusive company culture and diverse workforce.
Due to their high workload they are in need of additional Site Managers of all experience levels to work across a range of projects within the commercial, industrial, residential and rural sectors. The projects are varied in size and complexity, with project values up to $20m.
We are looking for:
- Proven track record as Site Manager on commercial projects in NZ
- Relevant industry qualification and/or trades background
- Excellent Management ability (staff, contractors, cost etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant H&S and building compliance legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship management experience
- Right to work in New Zealand
