Loyalty and Customer Analytics Manager is a genuine senior leadership position and we need someone who can build and inspire a team to develop new capability within data analytics to increase customer engagement and provide more relevant customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work within NZ's leading loyalty programme Onecard and with one of the largest and richest databases.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting Head of Loyalty and Customer Data to lead and develop Customer Data and Analytics strategy and roadmap

Developing Customer segmentation models

Developing the analytical capabilities to power our targeted offers programme

Personalisation engine enhancements-alongside digital marketing teams and agency partners

Motivating and building team and team engagement
To be successful in this role you should:
- Be highly analytical with a strong statistical/mathematical mind

Have strong experience with large, complex datasets. The ability to provide insights, meaningful trends in order to optimise campaigns and drive value to customers and business

Possess deep experience with data, segmentations, reporting and visualisation tools

Hold strong commercial awareness and business acumen and the ability to take ownership to drive outcomes (Retail or FMCG industry ideally)

Demonstrate integrity, honesty and curiosity
