This role represents an opportunity to join our KONE Doors Business (KDB) based in Port Melbourne. You will be given the autonomy to make decisions with the capacity to drive sales across Victoria. You will have an interest in construction, building management solution industry with the ability to use your extensive sales experience to pursue business development opportunities with the objective of establishing KONE as the dominant force in the industry.

What will you be doing?

  • Establish long-term professional relationships with key external stakeholders and partners to identify key business drivers and align KONE solutions.
  • Lead meetings, reviews, workshops and negotiations with internal stakeholders to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests.
  • Accountable for developing KONE's position and customer base in the Doors market
  • Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential new customer targets and influencers
  • Accountable for developing KONE's position and customer base in the market.
  • Evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the business and financial viability of project/business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong connections with other colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.

Are you the one?

  • Ambitious, with drive and energy and a passion for sales (Cold calling and face to face).
  • Significant experience working in a sales role both outbound on the phone and in the field.
  • Extensive experience dealing with stakeholders such as builders, developers, architects and/or consultants
  • Prior experience in business and developing customer solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistent success in business performance and development.
  • Knowledge, skills and experience in qualifying, structuring and negotiating
  • Candidates must have the right to work in Australia
