Now, we are looking for the right person to help continue the growth of NSW's refreshingly different residential home builder. 

Due to ongoing growth and expansion, Mojo are now seeking to employee a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant to join their Duplex Division team. 

The Role

As a full-time Sales Consultant within our Duplex Division, your primary responsibility will be to promote and generate sales of the Mojo Duplex Home range to clients. Your exceptional customer service, sales and administration skills will assist in welcoming clients, qualifying and collecting sales leads, providing site specific design solutions and helping our customers begin their new duplex home building journey.

Should you be successful in securing this position, your office hours will predominantly be Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work as required.

 

The Person

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for winning, providing exceptional customer service and helping people achieve their dream of owning a new home.
  • Be a master of juggling multiple tasks whilst displaying composure and accuracy at all times.
  • Have a business minded attitude to the role, prioritising and a passion for chasing the sale.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage a sales opportunity from lead acquisition through to proficient and successful sales close.
  • Have prior sales experience in a face paced industry with a genuine interest of the residential industry, real estate or building sectors.
  • Be a great listener, have an outgoing confident personality, with exceptional interpersonal skills able to balance empathy, understanding and educate clients as to opportunities and limitations of building a new home.
  • Be competent in the use of computers and possess skills in administrative, CRM, and electronic file management systems, while have a keen eye for detail and fundamental design concepts.
  • Have ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with land developers, financiers and strong networking contacts within areas and fields complimentary to this business.
  • Work within a dedicated team environment to achieve group and corporate budgets and targets.
  • Competencies and understanding of house design building plans.
  • Possess a basic understanding of and the ability to read Council LEP and DCP documents.
