Stuart Alexander is a leading marketer, distributor and importer of premium FMCG brands. We are currently seeking an energetic, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our successful VIC Field Team, within the Melbourne Office.
Reporting directly to the State Business Manager, you will provide administration support to the field sales team.
Day to day activities would include:
- Reporting and analysis
- Field sales support
- Scheduling an active calendar of field sales calls
- Oversee orders and distribution
- Maintaining office supplies
- Travel & Accommodation bookings for sales team
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is positive, has excellent time management skills, and has the ability to provide continuity of business processes, information and communication. Furthermore we seek an individual who has:
- General office support and administration skills, including reception, meeting organisation.
- A can-do approach and is a motivated self-starter
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Experience with Automated Field sales tools and database management
