We are partnering with one of the worlds most revolutionary organisations who are changing how the world views the future. Owing to their hyper-growth they are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to fulfil their needs in the Sydney market.
As a Customer Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue-generating growth and retention initiatives. Your product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to share best practices and recommendations with customers, and your customer expertise will make you uniquely qualified to advocate for the customer base and to guide internal strategy.
Your role will involve:
- Develop territory and account specific success plans
- Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Success.
- Drive revenue for throughout the post-sales life-cycle:
- Up-sell new products and services
- Identify and close new business within existing accounts
- Convert to multi-year agreements, and minimise churn
To be successful you will have:
- Extensive B2B experience with solution enablement or business development
- A history of consistently exceeding KPIs, revenue targets, and company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to persuasively communicate and effectively champion customer needs
- To be resolute and excited about a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent use of insights and reliability around data-driven decision making
