We are seeking the talents of an experienced, driven and positive Sales Representative with a robust track record of success in reaching sales targets. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the State Manager to identify growth opportunities for our subsidiaries, AccuOnboard and AccuPak in South Australia. The role:

  • Establish rapport with new and service existing customers to achieve your personal sales budget through prospecting, cold calling, following up on referrals/web leads and setting up appointments with key decision makers;
  • Follow through all allocated incoming phone sales enquiries including working with the sales team to formulate tenders, quotations and customer requests for decision makers;
  • Provide professional and timely ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams which generates a proportion of GP or overall sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge so as to be able to sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients on customised solutions that suit their needs;
  • Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data into your sales process.

The ideal candidate:

  • Exemplary sales skills, a positive proactive and can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and follow through on all sales and reporting requirements;
  • Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in Business to Business Sales and a solid sales achievement record;
  • High technical aptitude with experience selling a range of technical products and solutions is preferable;
  • Is self-confident, persuasive, can easily influence others and possesses the ability to analyse customer needs and deliver exceptional outcomes to suit their needs;
  • Possess the discipline of data entry into the CRM, with minimal errors, and a strong proficiency in all Microsoft Packages;
  • Be a strong team player and have commitment to both individual and team goal achievements.
