The Opportunity
As part of this growth, they are seeking to grow their HR function and are looking for a flexible and innovative HR Consultant.
Reporting to, and partnering closely with, the HR Manager, you will focus on generalist HR responsibilities as well as be involved in many projects to help ensure their culture continues to attract and retain top digital and IT talent.
This role would suit someone at the early stages of their career who is looking to grow and develop with an innovative organisation.
Specifically, you will:
- Perform generalist life-cycle HR responsibilities - recruitment support, onboarding, managing employment contracts, supporting performance appraisal process, employee relations etc.
- Participate in and/or manage various HR projects
- Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities
- Attend relevant events to gain knowledge of the industry, promote the business employee brand and engage top talent.
