Your new company
Leading global Defence organisation seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sourcing Partner to manage a senior technical portfolio based in Sydney’s Inner West. They are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Recruitment Partner to join their Internal Recruitment team looking after senior roles $130k+. This role will require you to work with parts of the business in a number of offices in the central Sydney area. This is a 6 Month role with the potential for permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
This role will be working closely with others in the recruitment team and will involve the following duties:
- Key liaison for stakeholders
- Obtaining a key understanding of job roles throughout the technical portfolio
- Strategic search of senior and technical candidates
- Use of LinkedIn and implementing various other sourcing strategies
- End to end candidate management and guidance through the recruitment process
What you'll need to succeed
You will be competent, focused and outcome driven. You will have over 3-5 years Internal/Agency recruitment experience and be available to start immediately. This job would suit someone who has worked in senior recruitment in a technical space (IT or Engineering); liaising with stakeholders and senior candidates. Or an ex-agency recruiter who is looking for a better work-life balance.
