About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our team in the Gold Coast office. The Internal Recruiter will provide support to Moreton Hire business unit Managers by helping to find the best talent for our business!
Responsibilities include:

• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Phone screening and qualifying potential candidates
• Organising video interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Liaising with Hiring Managers regarding job requirements and / or potential candidates
• Reference checking
• Reviewing and updating job descriptions as required
• Other administrative tasks as required

 Skills Required

• 3 years + previous recruitment experience
• Experience in both white and blue collar recruitment including permanent, contract and casual positions
• Experience recruiting within Sales, Operations, Logistics and / or Manufacturing environments
• Experience with the JobAdder platform would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of the end to end recruitment process, (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing to final offer / acceptance)
• Undergraduate qualification in business and / or a related field is highly desirable
