Our client is a leading Melbourne based developer who is seeking a junior architect to assist the lead design manager with a strong pipeline of upcoming apartment projects based in Melbourne.

Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for;
- Reporting to the leading design manager;
- Focusing on plans, product and enhancing project designs;
- Working on large high-rise apartment projects in inner Melbourne;
- Proficient in Auto-Cad;
- Managing a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion;
- Ensuring all objectives in regards to project scope, deadlines, cost, quality, risk management, communications are met;
- Stakeholder management.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess;
- Tertiary qualified in Architecture;
- Experience in residential apartment projects;
- Pro-active attitude, strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Excellent and efficient Auto-Cad skills;
- Passion for design and property;
- 1-3 years experience.
