The responsibilities and Performance Criteria of the Retail Dispatch Support is to manage our online retail shop, along with assist the office with its day to day running.
Suitable professionals with the following skills and experience should apply;
- Office administration skills
- Skills in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, publisher and Outlook
- Telephone and customer service skills
- Updating and maintaining stock inventory
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Understanding of technology & trends
Daily Duties will involve the following
- Inventory management
- Picking and packing orders for delivery
- Booking couriers
- Ordering stock from local & International suppliers
- Replying to internal and external emails
- Answering Phones
- Ordering Stationary
- Warehouse Management
