Protection Plus Security is a local owned and operated company offering a vast range of security services throughout Townsville and the surrounding regions
Due to our exceptional growth, we are currently seeking to add a full-time office junior who is comfortable working from the reception area with excellent communication skills to join our administration department and assist in the following duties;
- Greeting clients and staff
- Answering and directing calls
- Receiving emails and directing them to the appropriate person
- Photocopying, scanning as well as sorting and filing
- Accurate data entry across multiple software packages
- Assisting the accounts team when required
- Maintaining stationary and ordering
- General office cleaning
- General office duties not listed above
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
- General computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient written and verbal skills with great attention to detail
- Work as part of a team and follow instructions given both written and verbally
- Outgoing and friendly personality with the willingness to learn new systems and software and be able to quickly adapt to an everchanging environment
Previous experience and a current drivers licence would be advantageous in applying for this position. Our reception hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
