Due to a Maternity leave cover requirement for 9 – 12 months, we require an experience Service Coordinator in our Melbourne head office in Braeside. In this role you will support the operations of the Service coordination team to ensure scheduled servicing for fleet are completed in accordance with Aggreko Procedures and client site requirements. You will also assist with inductions bookings and to deal with compliance to enable technicians to gain site access.

Your key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Service Order Management
    • The management of service orders, from creation through to closure – as per service order management matrix
    • Service order invoicing and credits as appropriate
    • Reporting and analysis of key service related KPIs including:  Sets in Service, On-time 50A & 50B servicing and technician productivity to the Area operations management team
  • Preventative Maintenance 
    • Provide area wide direction and co-ordination for the completion of planned maintenance activities including all 50A & 50B servicing for fleet.
    • Run and distribute the area service schedules for all locations weekly, including liaising with Operations managers on service schedules and priorities.
    • Creation and dispatch of required service orders to support planned maintenance activities.
    • Control the data accuracy and integrity of the information used in the service scheduling process
    • Review and closure of all planned maintenance service orders (Y-type)
    • Actively manage the overdue A & B servicing for the area with a focus to improve on-time servicing in the area and reducing proactive visits completed by technicians
  • Service Planning and Technician Deployment
    • Responsible for the maintaining of service order planning information including standard work times, priorities and technician details
    • Creation of planned service activity and via the Salesforce Field service tool / application
    • Maximizing the technician productive time to reduce overtime and non-productive time through effective planning and prioritization of the service activity.
  • Site Induction Management
    • Assist with the onboarding process to facilitate access to customer sites for new Technicians, Power Station Operators, Contractors and others as required.
    • Coordinate compliance reporting to meet Client requirements regarding Site Inductions.
    • Coordinate inductions requirements for Aggreko staff and engaged contractors to meet client site obligations.
    • Direct liaison with Technicians to assist with meeting client obligations
    • Direct liaison with Client sites to ensure induction obligations for site access are being met.
