About the role
Receptionist
- Full time hours
- Immediate start
We are looking for an energetic, friendly and highly organised individual who enjoys being front of house and understands the responsibilities associated with this.
You will be a sophisticated and professional candidate who can represent this large organisation to their high profile customer base.
You will need:
- a solid and stable background as a front desk reception
- the flexibility to make tea and coffee for clients and a service attitude that welcomes attending to the clients every need
- the maturity and confidence required to deal with high profile corporate clients both on the phone and face to face.
The successful candidate must have;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new systems and software quickly

Skills and experience
We are looking for people with;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Reception . Admin roles
- A commitment to high level of customer service
