We are looking for a Harvest Supervisor to join our team. This is a casual role based at our farm in Gingin, Western Australia. The farm is located 25 minutes from Yanchep/Two Rocks and Gingin town site.
About the Role
The main focus of this role is to supervise and coordinate the fruit picking team, to ensure fruit harvest is completed to the required standards.
Other responsibilities include:
- Work area maintenance
- People management
- Harvest management system and record keeping
- Training and coaching
- Financial control
- Quality assurance and safety
About You
To be successful in this role you will have to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- A motivated attitude and an ability to drive team performance
- Initiative to solve problems when in the field
- Ability to use the harvest management computer and software (can be trained on site)
Driver's license and own transport is essential. Flexibility in work pattern to accommodate the varying fruit harvest levels is also required.
