Part time, 25-30 hours per week
St Antony’s College is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage the end-to-end process for the College’s monthly payroll of around 100 staff. This is a varied role covering all aspects of the payroll function for salaried and casual hourly paid employees.
The Payroll Officer works within a small experienced accounts team. You will be a well-organised professional, with at least 2-3 years’ payroll experience, with an excellent eye for detail and strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures. You will be fully aware of all payroll legislation including starters, leavers, P45, P46, P60, eligibility to work, all HMRC deductions and Pension Scheme regulations. You will also have good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to provide excellent customer service.
