UTS is looking to appoint an outstanding academic leader with an international research profile as Professor and Head of Marketing Discipline Group. As a member of the Faculty Executive team, the Head will grow and develop the Marketing Group, in line with the Faculty’s vision. The Head will make a strong personal contribution to the academic profile of the Group through contributing to research and teaching.

You will have the ability to think and act strategically in order to adapt to the changing external environment. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence and facilitate the development of others to achieve desired results. A successful record of leadership, management and engagement is essential.

Remuneration & BenefitsAn internationally competitive remuneration package will be provided to the successful Head of Marketing Discipline Group candidate.   Employee benefits include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities. 

This position is full-time and appointment will be made as Head for an initial 4 years term which may be renewable upon negotiation with the potential for a reversionary academic role.
