To provide Commercial Services and Estates and Accommodation teams with an appropriate and cost-effective learning and development service including identifying, co-ordinating, designing, commissioning, advising on and/or delivering essential technical, specialist and personal skills training for staff. Working with line managers, senior leadership teams and other LDC colleagues to define and agree priorities and timely delivery. Ensuring the collection and reporting of completion and impact data.
