Detail information about job Recruitment Team Administrator. Terms and conditions vacancy

Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading, is seeking a highly motivated and effective administrator to join our Student Recruitment team. As a world-class business school we work in a highly competitive market, attracting some of the brightest and best students from across the globe from undergraduates to PhDs. We have ambitious plans to continue our growth strategy and this post is a customer-service led role to support our recruitment managers in their quest to provide outstanding service to potential students from initial enquiry to conversion and enrolment.

We want to ensure all our enquirers receive first-class service and this starts with you. As the first point of contact, you will deal with potential students online via live chat, email or telephone. Key to this role is dealing directly with enquiries, promoting Henley Business School and setting up one-to-one conversations with recruitment managers.

Using our CRM system you will ensure that our prospective students are supported throughout their process of enquiring, applying and ultimately joining us at Henley Business School. You will be also expected to work as part of a team in supporting recruitment events (such as fairs, open days and preview days) and our recruitment managers.

This is a full-time role offered as a fixed-term appointment for 9 months to cover secondments and maternity cover in the team.

You will have:

  • Proven customer-facing communication skills both written and oral; a high-quality telephone manner is essential.
  • A good understanding of sales and marketing including previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills including planning and managing events.
  • Highly organised and able to support our recruitment managers.
  • Attention to detail - making sure communications are accurate, effective and timely.
  • Strong technology skills including CRM, CMS, Word, Excel and social media.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Good team spirit and a commitment to working with others.

Interviews to be held 10th October 2017.
