Grade 6: £27,629 - £32,958 with discretionary range to £36,001 p.a.
The Faculty are seeking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic individual to oversee the smooth operation of the Faculty Office, with particular responsibility for internal communications (in particular maintenance of the Faculty member database and mailing lists) and external communications/alumni relations. The post also serves as Executive Assistant to the Head of Administration and Finance and the Chair of the Faculty Board. Particular responsibilities for the appointee include: managing the two administrative assistants, seeking out news stories/events for the Faculty's website and producing a termly e-newsletter for interested individuals.
Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, previous experience in an office environment, and previous experience of communications activities.
