Student Credit Control is a part of the Student Fees Team and has the responsibility for the timely collection of all outstanding monies due to Imperial College, ensuring that at all times we maintain positive cash flow and avoid bad debt. Adherence to a strict credit collection timetable is paramount to the success of Accounts Receivable and the ability to provide a first class service based upon our continuous drive to maximise cash flow for College in a target led environment, whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
An opportunity has arisen within Imperial College London to join the Student Fees Team to assist with the administration of the recovery of fees owed to Imperial College by our student population. Accordingly we are seeking to recruit an experienced, professional credit controller with clear communication skills for considerable interaction by telephone, email and in person with our customers and colleagues at all levels.
