King’s College London is mobilising the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System as part of a major HR Transformation and Technology project. The new system will enable the college to access a full range of digital services through the new colleague portal.
The purpose of this role is to review the documented requirements and proposed processes by working with the Payroll SME’s and vendor to agree the ‘To Be’ operating model in the new system. The role will also be involved in mapping the current payroll data to the new system for data migration purposes.
The role holder will have an excellent working knowledge of payroll systems and processes (preferably in a Higher Education setting) and will have previous experience of a full payroll implementation project.
The selection process will include competency based questions, and an interview panel.
The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £41,212 to £49,149 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.
This post will be based on a full time, fixed term contract until 31/07/2018
