The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA) is Australasia’s complete solution provider for all workplace drug policy, education and testing needs. Our end to end service provides clients with a level of comfort in relation to creating a safer workplace together.

Here at TDDA Head Office we process the invoicing for our National clients tested across our franchise network throughout New Zealand and Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in the accounting team alongside our existing Accounts Receivable Officer, together you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices
• Reconciling debtor accounts
• Credit control calls
• Handling queries
• Liaising with other AR staff across our franchise network

Ideally you will have

• a minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable position
• experience working with Xero
• excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• be capable of working to tight deadlines
• intermediate knowledge of Excel
• experience dealing with high volumes of invoicing at peak times
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to handle stress
• the utmost integrity
• the right to work in New Zealand

You will be a confident and outgoing individual, who is capable of working autonomously. You will have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with the team and wider Franchise network. 

Successful applicants will be required to undergo hair analysis for the purposes of substance testing and background checks carried out (criminal and driver history).
