About Us
We are a rapidly growing business providing services to a diverse range of clients including those in the rural sector.
Although this is a permanent position in Dunedin you will be collaborating with our Timaru branch becoming an effective member of our small dynamic team. We place a strong emphasis on building relationships, both internal and external, maintaining a client first attitude, and effectively delivering both compliance and proactive services where communication is considered paramount to success.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the timely provision of financial statements, monthly reporting and compliance work, building on existing client relationships and creating your own with new clients.
When a high standard of knowledge and communication skills have been demonstrated you will be extended to interview and onboard potential new clients.
We are a fun bunch to work and would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience in a NZ accounting practice (essential)
- Rural sector (an advantage but not necessary)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A mature team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Self motivated with effective time management skills
The start date for this position is mid August.
