Your role as the Accounts Assistant is to help manage the administrative accounting aspects of the business and to help maintain an efficient office environment to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Preparation
- Monthly Invoicing
- Bank Statement Reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Payroll Administration
- GST
- Ledger
- Reconciliations
- Job Specific Data Entry
- Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Experience using XERO (this is a prerequisite)
- Accurate data entry ability
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- A positive attitude
