The Role:
We are seeking a temporary payroll administrator to manage the leave and payroll processing and to ensure the flow and maintenance of data between Payroll, People & Culture and other functions. The role has an immediate start and will run for a couple of months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys “the detail”, establishing and maintaining stringent processes. You will be able to utilise and expand your strong Excel skills to track and manipulate data, produce HR dashboards, as well as administration in relation to HR records.
Along with a fantastic initiative and being super organised, we are looking for experience in the following:
- Solid NZ based Payroll experience
- Must have experience operating Pay Global
- Advanced Excel user
- Experience working across multiple systems
Along with your Payroll experience, you are also:
- Available immediately
- Based locally around South/East Auckland
- Eligible to work in NZ full-time
- Hard working, professional and engaging.
