Luke's Café is located at St Lukes Westfield Shopping Centre and we looking for a Café Manager as follows.
Cafe Manager required to understand and experience below tasks.
• recruiting, training and supervising staff
• ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• handling customer enquiries and complaints
• excellent customer service
Ideal candidate is person who
• can work weekend night and some public holidays. (We open 7days)
• has Excellent communication skills and leadership skill.
• has food and beverage knowledge.
• has managerial roll at least 1 year.
• hospitality qualification & minimum 2 years work experience
