Experienced thai chef required for busy restaurant on the North Shore of Auckland.
Must have at least 5 years experience in traditional thai cuisine in addition to the following skills:
1. Able to plan menus and be involved in identifying shortcomings in stock and ordering;
2. Maintain tight quality control standards to ensure success an popularity of menu and business;
3. Work with head chef to prepare and streamline food preparation;
4. Prepare and produce top quality thai food in conjunction with menu requirements; and
5. Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards;
