KEY OBJECTIVES
Proficiently operate the Front Desk including the checking and preparing of reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and procedures during the night shift. Take responsibility for the safety and security of the building responding to emergency situations and any guest concerns within guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be proficient in front desk duties and the checking, preparing of reports/statistical information in accordance with finance policy and procedures
- A thorough working knowledge of the front office operations
- Ability to lead the team and a problem solver
- Strong cash handling skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Supervision of night lobby services.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written, and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hold a General Mangers Licence
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Opera knowledge
