Ultimate Hikes provides visitors from all over the world with a unique insight into the magic of New Zealand's wilderness by offering multi-day guided walks on the world renowned Milford, Routeburn & Greenstone Tracks.

We have full time positions starting late October until the end of the walking season on 22 April 2019. 

You will relish meeting new people every day and be ready to get stuck in and work alongside your team to make the guided walk experience an extraordinary adventure for our walkers.

You will be working in a team of up to 14 staff providing a welcoming lodge and a high standard of service to our groups of  up to 50 guided walkers each night.

Working in our remote Lodges you will be able to show your great interpersonal skills while working with a small team with very little access to internet and no cell phones or texting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• General Housekeeping roles
• Meeting and Greeting walkers as they arrive each day
• Assisting with meal preparation and service
• Serving in the lodge bar

You will be able to show previous experience in your application. Previous positions in a remote environment and working autonomously would be an advantage.
