We are looking for people who want to grow their career, work their way up, and become that hospitality star they know they can be!
We are a hotel and serviced apartment company in Wellington with 7 Properties in the CBD that are managed by our 3 receptions, we also boast a brand new 5 star complex with conferencing facility. We are Wellington only based but in no way small and are looking to grow our team as we grow.
We are currently looking to add to our customer service team a part time role. This is a shift position and requires a service professional with experience.
What do we need you to be?
- Reliable and well mannered
- Well groomed
- Able to multi task in a high pressure environment
- Have good communication skills and love looking after people
- Confidence to work on your own and deal with guest requests
- A desire to make people happy, and make a memorable experience
- Keen to learn and develop
- Previous hotel experience preferred
