       Primary Purpose.

• Achieve Monthly targets based on revenue, occupancy and room rate
• P&L Management of cost vs. expense
• Staff Management 
• All Operations, including housekeeping, finance and maintenance
• The "face" of the business

       Duties & Responsibilities

• Efficient operations demonstrated
• Organized work environment demonstrated to all staff
• Company standards maintained and rigidly enforced to all site management and staff
• Communications attended to immediately
• Property management system monitored
• Regular reporting to General Manager
• 'Always On' knowledge of numbers – Occupancy/Revenue/Numbers in House
• Activities, travel desk and other secondary sales are actively promoted achieved 

       Skills & Experienced

• Guest Services Management – Front Desk and Housekeeping
• Maintain P & L for this site
• Revenue Management – pricing strategies
• Occupancy Management
• Inventory (Room/Bed) management – altering layout if required
• Customer service
• Task management
• Teamwork
• Property maintenance and management
