Rydges Auckland is a 4.5 star 267 room hotel located in the heart of the Auckland CBD that is proud to be a leading provider in exceptional accommodation, food & beverage offerings and conference & event facilities, all complimented with exceptional service by an amazing and dedicated team.
We are now seeking an energetic, well-presented person to take up the Full-time position of Porter. This position will suit those who have a genuine passion in delivering the best guest service at all times in a warm friendly manner. In the role as a porter you always go the extra mile and assist with all queries surrounding a guest's stay.
You will be joining the concierge team and supporting the front office team in handling car parking, luggage assistance, local knowledge, activity bookings and lots more.
The successful candidate needs to posses the following experience and skills:

Previous hotel experience

Strong local knowledge of restaurants, facilities and activities

The ability to multi-task

Full clean NZ driver's license with the ability to drive manual and automatic cars
