About the business and the role
We have a permanent position available for a licensed duty manager.
This position includes alternate weekends off and a minimum of 30 hours per week, it is a perfect role for someone returning to work in the industry, or someone who would like to work close to full time but not a full 40 hour week every week..
We offer the successful applicant the opportunity to learn about all areas of our busy complex, including about our 4.5 star motel property.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This job entails an extremely high level of customer service in our award winning restaurant, along side working in the bar and gaming area.
Shifts are rostered on a weekly basis, with evening and weekend work included.
We do require a current LCQ certificate and General Managers Certificate to be presented during the interview process.

Key criteria for our successful candidate:
Great interpersonal skills and loves working with a variety of people
Professional and approachable
A great sense of humour but also able to motivate fellow staff members.
We require a full drivers license for this position.
Weekends, public holidays and split shifts will be required.
