We're looking for a full-time Senior Detailer to join our South Auckland team.
As a Senior Detailer at thl you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing our motorhomes inside and out to an absolute top notch standard. It's full on, physical work but fulfilling because you work side by side with an awesome crew of hard working but fun loving individuals.
Key criteria for the winning candidate:
- Capacity to train and coach crews new to and/or learning various aspects of the role
- Pays real attention to detail
- Takes pride in your work, and be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and help wherever needed
- Strong team spirit
- Be physically fit to be able to perform manual tasks
- You'll have a clean driver's licence - manual and automatic
- Able to work flexible rostered hours, may include weekends

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
- To be a visible role model for the team to aspire to and learn from in their day to day work
- Co-ordinate with Management to distribute the day to day workload to the detailing staff depending on skill and knowledge
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Lead by setting a good example through behaviour and communication
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Keep the team focused and on track
