About the role
- Run food & beverage operations on the day to day basis
- Provide consistent and quality service
- Train and develop junior bar staff
- Opening and closing of the venue
- Monitor intoxication and apply SCAB
- Provide great Host Responsibility duties
About the candidate
- Previous Duty managment experience is required
- Valid LCQ and GM license
- Good beverage knowledge
- Efficiency and ability to multitask
- Positive and can do attitude
- Tidy and professional presentation
- Valid work Permit
