Junior Operations Assistant Part Time
Luxury Airport Shuttles requires an additional team member to assist our busy operations team.
We are looking for a friendly person to answer phone, web and email enquiries, make reservations on our in house booking database, contact customers to confirm collection times and assist the team with a variety of other administrative tasks.
With high levels of customer satisfaction at stake, we are looking for someone who prides themselves in their work, has a can do attitude and is a team player.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You must have a high level of attention to detail and be competent with Excel, Word and Outlook.
This is a part time position. The actual job is to cover our office Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, 9am to 3pm. On busy days you may be required to stay on longer.
Although we hope this position will evolve into joining our roster of four on, two off and into a senior operations role for the right person.
