We have an opportunity for an eager catering assistant to join our busy team in a new café in Auckland.
This is a casual position on different shifts. Duties include light cooking, serving and taking cash as well as cleaning and washing dishes, and some prep for the next day. Barista shills would be helpful too.
You will have strong experience in customer service and a good food background. Importantly, you have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent, food and service!
In order to hit the ground running, you will have:
- Previous hospitality experience cooking and food preparation in a comparable environment
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Barista and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of OH&S & food hygiene
