About the Role
Lead and inspire a friendly and professional team to create a caring atmosphere, with constant support and empathy for all residents. Ensure the very highest standards of care are always achieved. Gain a unique sense of job satisfaction through helping residents in this sometimes challenging, but always supportive, environment.

Duties
• Provide consistent and effective leadership of the unit.
• Act as a key support to senior management
• Coordinate the needs of the residents
• Ensure the standards in all aspects of care are upheld

Skills & Experience
• Current APC and at least 3 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand
• Preferably a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Aged Care and a broad understanding of the Aged Care Sector.
• InterRai training would be advantageous.
• Excellent management skills and proven leadership capabilities.
